My favorite show as a child was “I Love Lucy” and I continue to love Lucy with all my heart. When I was 6 years old, I named my very unattractive, blind miniature greyhound after Lucy.
I'm no Lucille Ball, but I got a taste of stardom once. I was cast as a main character on a reality TV show for USA Network. I was ecstatic to participate in the individual camera interviews where I could vent the weird things I was thinking. A few episodes later it fell through, so I found a new home for those weird thoughts in advertising.
